STEP aims to help employers and job seekers to access a dependable workforce and sustainable employment.
Employers can benefit from reaching a pool of trained, skilled, and dependable candidates to hire, contributing to reduce turnover rates and associated recruitment and training costs.
STEP participants will advance their specific technical and soft skills essential to entry-level positions within the selected industry through our pre-employment training program.
Both Job Seekers and Employers can benefit from the online training and skills development provided by this program.
The STEP program is primarily open to unemployed or precariously employed citizens or permanent residents looking for advancement and aims to provide essential coaching, training and skills development to eligible participants.
