TRAINING PROGRAM

There are three weeks of Soft Skills workshops developing skills such as:

  1. Recognizing your own unique skills and strengths.
  2. Developing the ability to make your resume and cover letter appropriate to the job you are applying for.
  3. Practice and refine your interview skills.

You will then enter in to up to 8 weeks of free certification training to enhance your employability relevant to the specific sector of employment that you have selected. During this eight weeks of training, you will work closely with a Job Coach and Job Developer to find a position to utilize your skills. We will discuss the current certification and skills required for positions in your sector of choice, based around the high demand jobs in the area and review your resume for a potential fit with one of our engaged employer positions.

Each person has their own starting point based around their prior experience and current skill sets. Your plan will be unique to meet your needs and increase your employability in the sector you are aspiring to work in. Whether you are looking for your DZ licence, to work in transportation, or certification in SAGE, to work in bookkeeping, we will help you in your selection and enrollment in the most relevant training to meet your needs on your journey to employment.

This can be as wide ranging as delivery driving, customer service, retail, administration, home support work and more. Other alternative options can be further discussed in a meeting.

We may have spots available! Participants for our next training course are currently being enrolled!
